Insurance Coverage
I believe that lactation and infant feeding support should be a basic part of healthcare provided to you by your insurance. I am always working to get in network with more carriers, so if you don't see yours below, please let me know so that I can get on it!

For families with insurances not listed below, I will provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement of my out-of-pocket rates. Payment will be due at the time of service. Your insurance carrier will reimburse you directly if superbill submission is approved.
My out-of-pocket rates are $250 for initial visits, and $150 for follow up visits. For bottle feeding consults my fee is $150.

If you are insured by BCBS PPO, UHC PPO + HMO, Anthem PPO, VA CCN, Multiplan, PNOA please follow this link to get pre-approved for your visits. If approved, all visits will be fully covered at no cost to you.
